Company Profile
Since its formation in 1991
Concept Mouldings Ltd has grown rapidly in order
to meet specific requirements for niche volume,
technically complex plastic components, primarily
in the automotive industry.
In 1995 major investment
in in-house facilities enhanced Concept’s
own and it’s clients projects through Computer
Aided Design, product development, toolmaking
and project management. On this basis the company
has continued to expand successfully into a wide
range of market areas.
Concept Mouldings Ltd
offers world class project management encompassing
everything from product and tooling design, through

as well as satisfying the TS 16949, ISO 9001:2000
and ISO 14001 quality standards.
Our in-house

Innovation
We are proud of our ability to work closely with
designers and engineers to maximise the potential
of our manufacturing processes, and develop unique
and innovative products.
Our forward thinking
approach extends to careful consideration of
workplace issues, allied with an environmentally
responsible attitude towards product development.
Constantly driven by safety issues, the company
is pro-active in its development of ground-breaking
technology which aims to create global benefits.
In particular, we have worked for many years
on the production of a revolutionary new type
of Frontal Protection System which is set to
play a key factor in road safety.
Concept Mouldings Ltd have launched a number of model variants over a number
of vehicle manufactures for a range of SUV and
Light Commercial Vehicles in the run up to May
07, the date when non “EC” approved
Frontal Protection Systems, Nudge Bars and Bull
Bars were outlawed by EEC regulations. Test results
are made available on our Endura web site www.endura-fps.com
Concept Mouldings will also be investigating
the use of this Frontal Protection System on
vehicles which fall outside “EC” type
approval requirements with regards to their possible
benefits to the “ risk of injury to the
vulnerable road user” |
