which enable us to bring customers' ideas to
life in the form of professionally created sketches,
3D models and full engineering drawings.
Our design team will work from the lightest
of initial briefs, carrying out any necessary
research to arrive at practical but often innovative
solutions.
Concept Mouldings has a reputation for "outside the box" thinking which
allows us to stretch the boundaries of each production process.
Tooling is designed to meet the specific demands
of the production process and is manufactured
to the highest quality. Tools may be fabricated,
cast or machined from solid materials, this in-house
facility enables us to meet manufacturing requirements
efficiently and economically.
Cast aluminium moulds are predominant in many
rota mould applications. Often utilising our
traditional toolmaking facilities, this process
allows the replication of complex shapes and
intricate detail. For P.U. tooling applications 3D
data is used to make cutter tool paths for one of our NC machining centres, creating
moulds from solid aluminium blocks. The process is fast and accurate. |
